1. High-Risk Financial Trading Disclaimer
Trading foreign exchange, Gold (XAUUSD), cryptocurrencies, and financial derivatives carries a substantial level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance of any Expert Advisor (EA), strategy backtest, or historical bar replay shown on BacktestLab Pro is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you use automated trading software and historical simulators entirely at your own risk.
2. Acceptance of Terms & Free Platform Access
Our bar replay simulator, historical chart feeds, and multi-bot testing sessions are provided 100% free with unlimited access. By using the platform, you agree to adhere to these terms.
3. Digital Products & Refund Policy
When you purchase optional production code exports (.mql5 and .py files), sales are final upon digital delivery and automated download link issuance. Due to the digital nature of our source code assets, refunds are generally not provided once files have been accessed or downloaded.
4. Intellectual Property
All software architectures, UI layouts, source code, and algorithms provided on BacktestLab Pro are protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a production code bundle grants you a personal, non-exclusive license for your own trading use. Unauthorized redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
